Patrice Alvarado, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience dedicated to fostering better mental health and well-being through providing psychotherapy services, teaching and training clinicians, and conducting workshops and programs.

Dr. Alvarado continues to provide continuing education training to students and clinicians in the field of clinical psychology and mental health practice.
Throughout her career as a psychologist, Dr. Alvarado has seen how training in psychology principles and mindfulness practices can benefit individuals from all walks of life. She has conducted workshops and programs on managing stress, positive coping, and mindfulness psychology for various audiences, including businesses, community organizations, and schools, for adults seeking to cultivate a greater sense of inner peace and resilience.
